The annual fireworks display at Roundhay Park regularly sees thousands of people coming from far and wide to enjoy the celebrations and 2015 looks to be no acception. Admission to the event on Thursday 5th November is free, the bonfire is lit at 7.30pm and fireworks start at 8pm.
On the same night, there are also displays at Bramley Park, Middleton Park, and East End Park (which is in walking distance from our luxury 1 bedroom apartments in the city centre), plus many more bonfire themed events at some of Leeds’ favourite bars and restaurants, such as The Chemic Tavern’s bonfire party with live music and toffee apples!
The South Milford Village fireworks display and bonfire has become something of a local legend, a spectacular night in a beautiful village location which has won a string of awards. This year’s event is on Saturday 7th November and promises home cooked local burgers and sausages, pies from a local bakery, hot home made punch and all the other usual bonfire goodies.
Another fireworks spectacular is planned at Stockeld Park on Sunday 1st November. The spectacular festival of fire and light is a ticketed event starting at 5.30, and tickets can be booked here.
